Returns & Exchanges

At Apollo Neuro, we want you to feel as good as you look. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated for you to download and print at home.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new exchange within 5-7 business days.
